The Pandora Platinum not only supports thousands of games, but it also supports a variety of additional supported controllers. Since the Pandora Platinum can play many different types of games for a variety of consoles, sometimes a regular arcade joystick just does not work right because the original game was developed for a controller with many more buttons.
