Pandora Game Console Lifetime Warranty
Here at Pandora Game Console Platinum we value your patronage towards one of the best home arcade machines solutions this side of the hemisphere. We know that sometimes things can happen and want you to know that unlike all the rhetoric out there where it's buyer beware, we are "buyer be advised".
The Pandora Platinum Home Arcade Machine is a supported console. Meaning that we built these from the ground up, have tested and certify that they will function as intended.
Now when we say as intended, that means once you receive your retro arcade console, that it will play games as you see in our videos and our great reviews of Pandora Game Console Platinum. However sometimes there are super hardcore nostalgists that will try to find something wrong no matter what despite the great value that our retro arcade hardware provides. Therefore we offer a functionable warranty, meaning that since this device is just like a computer, and there can be user error such as file manipulation, inexperienced modification or a lack of overall care, we can only warranty our retro arcade machines based on functionality.
Also knowing that we always offer the ability to upgrade the performance of your retro home arcade machine, you can expect that the higher end upgrades sold separately can give you an even deeper appreciation for our retro arcade console.
No "if, and or but" about it... we want you to be happy and that's why we are offering a life time warranty of our products on functionally working. We also know that many of these parts are "wear and tear parts" and that's why we offer economical part by part replacements for all the high use parts in our consoles.
Our Lifetime Warranty Covers the Following:
- Mainboards Powering On
- Power Supply Powering On
- Main Case Chassis
- Attachment Cords/HDMI
Our Limited 90 Day Warranty Covers:
- Joystick Assembly or Tops
- Controller Pads or Sticks
We do not Cover:
- Archival Cards
- Self Hardware Modification or Software Supplementation
- User Error
That's it. That's all she wrote and that's all we feel we need to write to make our Lifetime warranty clear, concise and effectively make a great product even better.
These home arcade gurus appreciate your business and hope to keep retro gaming for years to come!
