The Neo Geo library, minus the carts

An MVS cabinet with a stack of carts is a beautiful thing until you have to find somewhere to keep it. The Neo Geo Arcade Games List Archive puts the Neo Geo arcade release list on one card for your Pandora Game Console, so you can stop hauling MVS carts and adapters around.

SNK made some of the best looking 2D games of the 90s, and Super HD upscaling is kind to them. The sprite work in Garou and Metal Slug holds up on a big TV better than you might expect.

SNK fighters, from 94 onward

SNK built half its reputation on fighting games, and this is where the card is deepest. The King of Fighters runs from 94 through 2003, one game a year. Next to it you get Fatal Fury and the Real Bout games, Samurai Shodown 1 to 5 and The Last Blade 2, which we would put up against anything SNK made after it. Garou: Mark of the Wolves is the one we would load first.

Then there are the stranger ones, like Waku Waku 7, that most people never saw in an arcade at all. They are worth an evening.

Four buttons in a row

Most Neo Geo games use four buttons laid out in a single row, which sits naturally on a Pandora panel. If you want the stick and buttons to feel closer to a real cabinet, add the Sanwa upgrade when you build the console.

Choose the Neo Geo Arcade Games List Archive in any of the three card slots in the builder. It swaps out with your other cards whenever you like.

It is a Pandora Platinum Pro card. Other Pandora Platinum models will not read it, and it is not compatible with consoles that use a non Pandora Platinum mainboard.
