What the Deluxe adds

The Pandora Game Console Pedestal Deluxe is our arcade pedestal stand with two extras in the box: a wooden top panel and an accessories bag. The top panel is the piece Dual Panel owners want. It gives a Dual Panel or separated panel console one flat surface, so both players stand at the same station with their own controls in front of them.

Built in under 10 seconds

Lots of sellers copy the original Pandora Game Console, and none of the copied stands we have seen go up this fast. The Deluxe builds in less than 10 seconds. You unpack it, set it up, and the console goes on top.

Height, footprint and seating

The base takes little floor space and holds the console steady. The stand is adjustable, so you can play standing up like at an arcade, or bring it down to suit a chair. With kids and adults sharing one console, being able to change the height between turns is useful.

Furniture when nobody is playing

Put the console away and the Deluxe converts into a regular side table or an entryway credenza. Guests walking past do not have to know it spends Friday nights as arcade gear.

Compared with the standard pedestal

The standard Pandora Game Console Pedestal is the same stand without the top panel and the bag. If you own a Single Panel and keep your cables tidy, the standard does the job. For a Dual Panel, a house with a pile of controllers, or anyone who wants the finished look, get the Deluxe.

Ordering, warranty and support

When you buy a console, the Deluxe is in the suggested accessories at checkout, so it can ship in the same order. Building the whole setup now? Choose the console first (Single Panel, Dual Panel or Wireless Edition), answer "Get the Official Sanwa Upgrade?", and then pick up to three GameCraZE archive cards, since a console ships without any games. Once it all arrives, lay the panels on the wooden top and run the HDMI cable to the TV.
